Officers conducting a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of McGowan Avenue in Hamilton found 455 grams of methamphetamine — 1.0031 pounds — as well as several scales and $1,063 in cash on Tuesday, Sept. 13, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said.

Meanwhile, a resident of the home, Robert, Margeson, 51, was charged with a first-degree narcotics offense, and a motion has been filed to detain him pending trial.

Two Philadelphia residents, Andrew Dellapenna, 42, and Anthony Egan, 41, were present as the warrant was conducted and subsequently charged with third-degree narcotics offenses, authorities said.

The arrests come as the result of a three-week investigation into the distribution of narcotics in the Trenton area.
